Some will try to disagree but 401k needs to wait until you are out of debt. Let me explain. When in debt you have negative interest charging against you. If you have 401k, there is a positive interest coming to you. You are not helping yourself here. Put all your money to eliminate the negative interest first, then put more into 401k. This will give you more in the long run.

If you travel frequently, it can be stressful. One way to alleviate stress is to have a little bit of home with you. Take a few small photos of family members to set out.
