How to prevent fondant icing from sticking
When rolling out fondant icing to cover a cake the best way to stop it sticking is by covering your surface with cling film and then rolling out the icing on the film. When covering the cake its easy to lift up the icing by the cling film and turn it over and then peeling it off and smoothing the icing on the cake.
