Get older kids to babysit without complaining
My son just became old enough to babysit his younger sister who is seven. He is eager to earn money but not so eager to watch his sister. I told him his pay was based on her "happiness" factor. If she said her brother did a good job when we came home, then he earned more. The good thing is, she is still young enough to be completely honest.
