Reduce fat in cooked soup
If you make soup from scratch or out of a can, there can be too much fat or oil at the top. To remove the fat easily, simply float a piece of bread on the top of the soup to sop up the oil. The fat will stick to the bread for easy removal.

This is a good way of reducing fat and oil in soup, but much cannot be removed with this because its more like the damage has been done. But like i said little will be achieve. I personally think cooking with little amount of oil at a time is the bestway, and also eating anything with litle or no oil at all, will do the magic. What do you think.
