Sneak in exercise in the bathroom
Time can be the biggest hurdle to getting exercise. Try this: Whenever you go to the bathroom, when you are finished, put your hands on the edge of the counter and do 10 counter pushups. Not enough room, try wall pushups against the back of the door. You won't even notice the loss of time and you'll get in a little exercise!
