How to quit smoking
If you are a smoker and wanted to stop but can hardly do it, here's a good practice of quitting smoking. Whenever you are tempted to smoke, just hold on a cigarette but never light it. You may put it in your lips but don't puff it. Chew a mint candy and keep saying to yourself, "I will not smoke, because I am no longer doing it". Try it, it's effective.
