Trans fats are the worst kinds of fat you can consume. Reducing trans fat intake by 2% and replacing it with healthy fats (poly and mono unsaturated fats) can decrease your risk of heart disease by 50%. Avoid foods and recipes that include shortening and hydrogenated oils.
