Replace onion for marination in a BBQ
Though onions are a great source of marination in a BBQ and taste well too, they do get burnt easily and spoil your Friday afternoon. You can try using ginger-garlic paste instead. They don't burn easily, have a great aroma and taste simply great.

to keep onions from burning to badly, take some cinnamon,sugar,and olive oil and sweat your onions prior to adding them to the marinate.
