3. Provide food, and ask them to come see and give their opinion.
4. Have each guest take 5-10 flyers to give to friends/family.

I would recommend to place a classified ad saying "House For Sell". You can also place the ad in a Free Classified ads website, such as http://www.informationex.com

A cash price I believe is illegal unless you are a Licenced Real Estate agent and you are paying a Licenced Real Estate agent a referral fee. I also do not suggest food at the open house, too much mess and too much liabilty.
