How to set a goal you can achieve
When setting a goal make it "chunky" by using a multiple short 4 day windows and reducing the goal down to mini goals. For example, I want to set my main goal of drinking 8 glasses of water per day. For the first 4 days I would drink 1 glass of water per day. After I have achieved that mini goal, I would then set my next mini goal to 2 glasses of water for the next 4 days and so on until you reach your main goal.
