Use weight loss visuals to aid motivation
Use visuals for motivating yourself to lose weight. For example, I'm one who doesn't easily see the results of my weight loss program when looking in the mirror. So I have pictures of myself at various weights as I've slimmed down in order to actually see how much I've lost. It motivates me to keep on going.
