Reward system for older children
Create your own family money and give the child an old check book with a register (or make your own). For good behavior give them family money that they can deposit into a "bank". Teach your child to write checks and manage their own "money". Put prices on extra television time, going to the movies, or other special treats. Educational and encourages responsibility.
