Making New Year resolutions
Most of us make a self-imposed obligation which we call New Year’s resolutions. Before making one, decide whether you are resolute enough to make one. Having decided, stick to one resolution and make it as realistic as possible. Be definite on what you really want to do and prepare yourself for inevitable changes that may ensue in implementing it. Should you be victorious in your efforts, reward yourself and impose upon yourself a duty to be consistent all throughout.
