Great tender pork chop recipe
Rather then cooking pork chops on the grill try using the oven. Lay down a sheet of tin foil and place the chops on it. Then add some seasoning. I use a mixture of stout beer, garlic and spices. Now put another sheet of foil on top and cook for 1 hour at 300 degrees. Pour out the water and flip them. Apply more seasoning and cook for another hour. Next take the foil off the top and cook for 15-20 minutes to brown. Add a little BBQ sauce and cheese and cook for 5-10 more minutes.
