Use receiving blankets to create no-sew valance
What to do with all those extra receiving blankets? Choose two of the same color or coordinating colors. Make a cute, no-sew window valance for baby's room by folding each in half with opposite corners together forming a triangle shape. Hang one folded blanket over the left side of a curtain rod allowing half to hang in front and half in back of the rod in a V shape. Hang the other blanket similarly over the right side slightly overlapping the first blanket. Easy to take down and wash. | | | | | | Anonymous
