Use coffee filter for cheesecloth substitute
Got a recipe that calls for straining thru cheesecloth? Use a cone-shaped coffee filter instead. It fits easily in a glass and most folks have them so you avoid having to make a special purchase for something you may never use again. Coffee filters work well when straining plain yogurt to make a sour cream substitute.
