How to make an easy ZipLoc omelet
To make individual omelets, put 2-3 eggs in a quart-size ZipLoc bag along with bacon bits, cheese, salsa, or whatever you choose. Squeeze as much air as possible out, seal the top and put in boiling water for 15 minutes. Omelet will slide out easily.

If you check the Ziploc website they will tell you not to cook in their bags - they were not designed for that - you are taking a health risk by doing so.
