What to do when you can't sleep
First, write down all the things that you're remembering for tomorrow. Once they're on paper, you can forget about them for tonight. Next, find a comfortable position. If you're holding yourself in position, adjust until it takes no effort to lay there. Now, relax your eyes. Finally, use hypnotic phrases--"You're getting very sleepy, your eyes are getting very heavy" etc.
